  • I already have data backup. Why should I use Integra’s service?
    • Integra backup is set up and managed by a dedicated Backup Administrator who personally maintains your information. You’ll never worry about improperly set up software or hardware, and your Backup Administrator will be monitoring your system to ensure nothing ever goes wrong.
      Our backup solutions include both on-site and remote archiving that provide redundant protection and increase the speed at which files can be recovered. In fact, we guarantee you’ll get lost files back within 24 hours. Often, the process is same-day, even in total loss scenarios.
      These features may cost more than one-size-fits-all software, but the price of losing weeks of revenue to a computer malfunction is significantly greater.
  • Which operating systems do you support?
    • At this time, we support Windows XP, Vista, and 7, as well as Windows Server 2003 and 2008 (this includes Small Business Server editions). While we offer legacy support for previous versions such as Windows 98, 2000, or ME, we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with these systems.
  • Why should my files be compressed?
    • When we back up your data, it’s compressed to use the least space possible. This allows us to transfer it faster in the event of a data loss. It also means you pay less, since our rates are calculated after your file size has been reduced.
  • How is my data secured?
    • We apply 256-bit AES encryption to all on-site and off-site backups to ensure the maximum level of data security for all your files. For online backup, we use additional SSL encryption to prevent interception by third parties during internet transmission.
      Once your files arrive at our data center, they’re just as secure. Integra has partnered with Net Access Corp to protect your off-site storage in a world-class SAS 70-II data center. With redundant power systems, redundant climate-control, automatic fire protection, and high-end security controls, your data will always be safe from theft, tampering, and physical damage.
  • We aren’t anywhere near Integra. Can We still get your services?
    • Our service area is always expanding. If you are interested in Integra backup, contact us today. We’ll be glad to discuss potential service options for your location.
  • What types of files does Integra back up?
    • Unlike other companies that only back up documents, Integra backs up every kind of file, including entire system images to protect your business from even the worst data disasters. Our backup also covers SQL server files and Exchange email files to ensure all your data is secure.
  • Can you back up data on virtual servers?
    • Yes, Integra can back up data on virtual servers just as easily as on traditional servers. As long as the server’s operating system is supported, we can protect it.
  • Will I be hit with fees if my data surpasses the monthly limit?
    • We don’t believe in surprising our customers with hidden fees. After your initial setup, your monthly cost will be locked in. If your data is growing rapidly, we’ll work with you beforehand to manage off-site storage size or choose a plan that fits your long-term needs.
